Registry and privacy policy

This is the register and data protection statement of the company NyT Siivous Oy. The content of the register consists of public information provided by subscribers themselves or available on the websites of subscriber organizations (e.g. address and e-invoicing address).

NyT Siivous Oy reserves the right to update or change the company's registration and privacy policy. Changes will be notified to registered persons if required by law. The registration and privacy policy may only be changed by the owner of NyT Siivous Oy.

Personal data processor

Entrepreneur Tuija Nygård, owner of NyT Siivous Oy, is responsible for the customer register. In connection with accounting, personal data is processed by a representative of the accounting firm.

Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed for the purpose of contacting customers and maintaining customer relationships, as well as for possible marketing of customer relationships. Existing personal data may be updated based on the data subject's feedback or request. Personal data may be deleted at the request of the data subject or due to the termination of the partnership relationship, if there is no legal or technical obstacle to this. The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data content of the register

The information stored in the register includes: the person's name and contact information, billing information, and information related to the services ordered.

Information sources

Customer information is obtained from them themselves or by leaving their contact information via an online form.

Transfer of data outside the EU

Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

Registry protection

The register is handled with care and the information processed by the information systems is protected appropriately. The controller ensures that the stored information and other information critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those individuals whose job description it falls within.

Processing time

Personal data in the register is kept confidential. NyT Siivous Oy retains the data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected and processed, or as long as required by law and regulations regarding data retention.

Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request that personal data concerning him or her be deleted from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent by email and in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the requester to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time period set out in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
